Title: Interim Donations Manager

Pay: £20,000 - £23,000 per year (depending on experience); based on full-time 40 hrs/week;
Contract: 1 year minimum Fixed-Term* contract (maternity cover)
Hours: 32 hrs per week (F.T.E 40 hours);
Availability: Monday to Friday; must be flexible**;
Start Date: Immediate (or as soon as possible)
End Date: 1 year after start date & subject to review;
We are looking for a Donor Care Manager to collaborate with our Fundraising Team in order to support them in continuing their fantastic work to help our valuable supporters as well as our charitable work.
To provide strategic and operational development which will aid the process of donor care management. The successful candidate will be expected to establish a framework of operations, standards and processes that will streamline the donations process and donor care management. Additionally, to be responsible for periodically giving financial clarity on income amounts and trends. The post holder will aim to lead the department in maintaining donors, nurturing the donors’ ongoing support, building trust and rapport.
An experienced and reliable Donor Care Manager will come on-board to maximise the charity's income, develop and manage relationships, lead on the charity's donor care program, work closely with the rest of the team and line manage the Donations Department. This role will focus primarily on income and Donor Care. An excellent writing ability, outstanding customer service skills and on-point data management skills are integral to the role.
