Help care for orphans in one of the most dangerous places on Earth.

Somalia is recognised as one of the most perilous countries in the world. The constant threat of violence, terrorist attacks and bombings has forced two million people from their homes. Many people have lost their lives, leaving behind orphaned children. The Latest figures show that there are around 630,000 orphans in Somalia.

Muntada Aid is building an Orphans Centre which will include:

• ​accommodation
• classrooms
• kitchen & dining hall
• administrative offices

This Centre will cater for the basic needs of the orphan children, improving their quality of life by providing the care and support they need to grow up to be productive members of society.

The Centre will also train care givers to look after orphans in this and other such centres.
