The developing political and military situation is shifting the global attention to Afghanistan. But, Yemen continues to remain the biggest humanitarian crisis in the world. According to the latest reports, in 2021, so far, 1.6 million children have been displaced from their homes.
In the Red Sea port city of Hodeida and Maarib, essential health, sanitation, and education services are “incredibly fragile” and “on the brink of total collapse”.
Muntada Aid has been on the ground helping these families for over a year, providing monthly food provisions to over 700 people at Zaidi mountain camp.
