Muntada Aid Constructs 300 Water Wells in Pakistan in 2024
Muntada Aid has finished the construction of 300 water wells in Pakistan in May 2024. All of these tube-wells were commissioned at the beginning of this year.
Earlier in May, our team from the United Kingdom visited some of these villages to see how these water stations are helping communities and families with access to clean and safe drinking water.
We will continue our work of providing access to clean drinking water to the people of Pakistan in 2024 and beyond. In addition to the 300 water wells constructed so far, we are commissioning another 200 water wells in the Sindh region, where water scarcity is relatively high and many areas experience severe water shortages throughout the year.
In these video dispatches, Naif Sheikh, the CEO of Muntada Aid, shares stories from various villages in Sindh and showcases how these water wells are transforming communities in Pakistan.
