Suheyb Mohammad Mohammad is 9 years of age and was suffering from a heart condition known as ASD.
He was first diagnosed with the condition when he was just 3 years old. Due to the lack of specialist care in Somalia for such conditions and the lack of financial resources to seek treatment elsewhere, Suheyb Mohammad Mohammad was waiting. He had to live with this crippling condition.
Our Little Hearts team successfully treated him on the first day of their ongoing mission in Mogadishu.
Thank you so much to everyone who is supporting this amazing project. His family lives some 100 kilometres from the capital.
Suheyb Mohammad Mohammad now hopes to join the school, leading to a normal life.Through these missions, we provide children with free access to medical care.
For each mission, we assemble a team of international doctors and professionals from various parts of the world.
We aim to reach children from underprivileged families and bring care closer to their homes and towns.
All of this is possible because of the donations made in the UK and worldwide for our Little Hearts mission.
This is our first mission to Somalia.
Thank you for your support.
