In a world of videogames and touch screen entertainment, it is so easy for children to lose the perspective of what is happening in the world around them.
In the simulated world of Pokemon and Bumblebee, children do not suffer from congenital heart defects and their access to medical care is not dependent on their social and geographical situation. But, in the real world, it does.
They kickstarted their fundraising campaign by sharing the sweetness of their hearts and some lovely cakes they baked during the holiday season.
They have already raised just over £1500, which means that at least one child could receive lifesaving intervention during our upcoming mission in Egypt.
We would like to thank Nous Galoupe Running Club, families and friends for their support, generosity and goodwill. Without your support, we can't carry out our mission of serving humanity.
