Leading UK International Aid Charity, Muntada Aid, is proud to announce that it has been awarded “Highly Commended Charity of the Year” at this year’s prestigious Third Sector Awards Ceremony, held on Friday 12th September in London.

This recognition shines a spotlight on the extraordinary work of Muntada Aid’s small but highly committed UK team, whose impact extends far beyond their size. With a clear focus on alleviating suffering and delivering hope, the organisation works across continents to provide urgent humanitarian relief, strengthen healthcare, and restore dignity to some of the world’s most vulnerable communities.

From Gaza support, delivering emergency food packs, clean water, and food distribution to people enduring conflict and displacement, to the Little Hearts project, which provides free life-saving heart surgeries to children born with congenital heart defects, and the Gift of Sight / Cataract projects helping those blinded by cataracts regain vision, all these efforts demonstrate the breadth and life-changing nature of the charity’s work.
